                                               ZOE LAMONT
                                     Co-founder, the fuelthinking group

Recently described in an interview as an 'inspiring young Australian', this young woman runs and is involved in numerous
social business ventures and those who know her would agree she has a resilience and positivity that inspires many in her
daily life.

Since late 2006, Zoe Lamont has run a number of projects under the fuelthinking group.

A country girl, she grew up on a farm near Wagga Wagga in regional NSW, Australia, and willing to do anything to get to
where she wants made her first $20k working driving trucks and at the local abattoir before heading off as an international
volunteer.

She is an adventurer and has since lived, worked, travelled and volunteered in 47 countries.

After returning to OZ, along with helping to set up two social and environmental business ventures, now leading national
organisations, she was part of initiating a world first internet based democratic political party and at 24 ran for the Senate
in the 2007 Australian Federal Elections, the party gaining global media attention and bringing together a group of
specialists and academics across the fields of participatory and e-democracy around the world to work on the party
concept in Australia as it stands today. The party is currently gearing up to be ready for the next elections, come 2010/11.

With a myriad of other passionate like minds, Zoe Lamont is responsible for initiating a 10 000 girl strong global financial
literacy campaign, launching their regional tour late June 2010 – so keep watch for a giant lipstick coloured bus with a
big red high heel and giant cowgirl boot on top with a couple of crazy girls delivering some inspiring and fun courses for
young women around regional OZ!!

With some others in the fuelthinking group, she is currently setting up an e-learning platform and micro business model to
assist Burmese illegal migrant children along the Thai Myanmar border to be able to continue their education. They’re
after old laptops and always looking for people wanting an adventure and some interesting and rewarding volunteer work
if you or anyone you know is interested!

In her daily life and as a business coach and social enthusiast, Zoe Lamont coaches, guides, trains, mentors, facilitates
and gently inspires and empowers individuals, businesses, teams and organisations in moving forward.

Her interests lie around fairer wealth, power and knowledge distribution and she is writing a book about how we as a
society are moving toward a fairer world. Her vision is simply, ‘a happy planet’ and she loves life and is inspired by anyone
willing and wanting to give it a nudge!

Her thoughts.. 'the real thing I believe we each live to do goes deep beyond any words, and needs no label nor
recognition, I feel like it comes with connection, truth, inspiration and action.. in every moment, not just when we're 'at
work'.'

She is also involved and travels around training a series of spiritual development courses, Avatar which she says have
changed and continue to
change her life.

What people say..

I have such respect for you and the way you approach everything -
you bring so much energy to everyone else I think you should rightly charge a tax
